Family Background and Spiritual Roots

Milanu comes from a family that values both scholarly pursuit and martial courage. Her grandfather, Li Wenzhong, was a recorded anti-Japanese hero from Zaoqiang County, Hengshui, Hebei Province. He once fought against the Japanese army alongside Zhang Xueliang and established a broadsword unit. For generations, her family has upheld the principle of "cultivating both martial skills and literary talent" to protect the country and its people, expel evil, and uphold justice—inheriting not only martial bravery but also profound cultural wisdom. Her parents and her father's brothers are all professors at China's 985 Project universities, and this academic and spiritual heritage has deeply influenced the direction of her life.

From an early age, she showed a spiritual talent for communicating with heaven and earth. She began learning piano, folk dance, and vocal music at the age of two and attended a key school in Tianjin. In her second year of university, she was forced to suspend her studies due to severe bipolar disorder. During this dark period, she relied on singing and dancing to maintain her sanity. In search of healing and a new life opportunity, her father sent her to the United Kingdom.

International Academic and Professional Journey

In the UK, she obtained the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification and worked as a financial analyst at the family business of one of Ireland's top ten richest families from 2010 to 2012. In the high-pressure environment of international finance and strategic management, she collaborated closely with leading global business families, developing cross-cultural communication skills and a global strategic mindset.

In 2011, she enrolled in the Master's Program in Project Management at the UCD Smurfit Business School of University College Dublin, Ireland, where she received systematic international management training and built strong relationships with classmates and mentors from around the world. Starting from 2012, she served as a senior financial analyst at the Asia-Pacific headquarters of TESCO and the French logistics company GEFCO successively, accumulating rich experience in multinational enterprise management and strategic analysis.

Life Turning Point and Awakening of Mission

However, fate did not stop at achievements. Her mother's serious illness, the successive passing of her parents, long-term domestic violence from her husband, and the diagnosis of her child's autism pushed her into the abyss of life. Faced with multiple blows, she chose to awaken from the trauma and transform her resilience into a mission—taking healing, empowerment, and spiritual reconstruction as the direction of her life.

She founded a number of projects for women's empowerment, psychological support for international students, and academic and emotional counseling. Drawing on her own experiences, she brings light and strength to those trapped in difficult situations.

Cross-Cultural Practice and Global Research

Southeast Asia: Studied Javanese dance and music, Theravada Buddhism and Hindu philosophy, and traditional physical and mental healing methods.

Japan: Obtained the certification of a direct-transmission Reiki Master; studied under Kabuki inheritor Umekawa Harumi and Butoh master Katsura Tadao, conducting in-depth research on Shinto ritual philosophy.

The Americas: Conducted in-depth study of Native American shamanic culture and ritual systems.

Global Indigenous Peoples: Researched the dance, music, and spiritual healing systems of multiple ethnic groups, exploring the cross-cultural spiritual commonalities.

Mainland China: Traveled to primeval rainforests, Silk Road historical sites, and Taoist sacred places to explore the source of the spiritual energy of the Chinese nation.

The Journey of Exploring the Source of Chinese Spiritual Energy

Milanu engaged in in-depth dialogue with historical sites, Taoist priests, and temples in Nanjing, Xi'an, Fujian, Wenbi Peak in Hainan, and other places, feeling the spiritual pulse of Chinese culture.

During her practice at Wenbi Peak, she gained a profound understanding of the concept of "Tao follows nature," integrating Eastern philosophy into the modern physical, mental, and spiritual healing system and promoting the "Rejuvenation of the Spiritual Energy of the Chinese Nation" initiative.

She keenly observed that the middle-class and high-net-worth individuals born between the 1970s and 1990s in modern cities generally suffer from spiritual anxiety and energy exhaustion. Therefore, she integrated traditional Chinese culture with global healing systems to design physical, mental, and spiritual journey programs, helping people restore energy, relieve stress, and regain spiritual prosperity.
